Rails Of Ages Cancellation Policy

Rails Of Ages cancellation policy for registration, tour, and event fees is date dependent and is defined as follows:

Through January 31, 2011

• Full refund of all registration, tour, and event fees

February 1, 2011 through April 14, 2011

• Partial registration fee refund - all but $20 of registration fee
• Full refund of tour and event fees

April 15, 2011 until convention time

• Partial registration fee refund - all but $30 of registration fee
•  No refund of tour fee unless reserved tour slots can be sold to other convention attendees
•  Full refund of event fees

During or after the convention

•  Partial registration fee refund - all but $30 of registration fee
•  No refund of tour fees
•  No refund of event fees

NOTES:

1. NMRA membership fees paid via the convention registration are not refundable

2. Event and tour fees will be refunded if the tour or event is cancelled.

3. Refunds can be collected during the convention at the Registration Table or by contacting the Registrar via e-mail at registrar@RailsOfAges.org or via mail at Dennis Lloyd - Registrar, 75 Newell Street, Painesville OH 44077.
