Silent Auction
Friday: Drop off items - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Bidding opens: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: Bidding opens 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Bidding ends 12:00 PM
Payment and pickup: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Note: no bags beyond the auction room entrance.
Bidding rules:
- Enter your convention registration number and your bid in the spaces provided on the bid sheet.
- All items for sale shall be listed in dollars.
- Minimum raises for all items is $1.00 any bid not meeting requirements will be voided.
- Decisions of the Auction Committee regarding any disputes will be final
- Any disputed bids at the time of closing will be decided by an immediate live auction.
- Sellers may pickup items without bids at any time.
- Buyers will pay for items before sellers will receive their payments.
- Payments must be paid in cash or checks make out to: NMRA MCR Division 5
- Sellers not available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM are responsible for making arrangements to collect unsold items and payments.
- The Auction Committee is not responsible for unclaimed items after 5:00 PM Saturday
